Travis Restoule has lived in Ward 4 for 24 years with his wife, and together they raised two children in the community. He understands why residents value Ward 4 and why they want a councillor who is present, responsive and accountable.
He brings 29 years of retail leadership experience, grounded in listening to people, solving practical problems and taking responsibility for results.
During the pandemic, Travis co-founded the We Are All In This Together initiative to support local restaurants at a difficult time. That experience reinforced his belief that strong communities are built when neighbours and local leaders step forward to help.
Travis is also a recipient of the King Charles III Coronation Medal in recognition of his community service. He is running to bring that same commitment, compassion and work ethic to Waterloo City Council.
